With the improvement of product qualification rate, the direct pass rate of products will significantly increase. PCBA testing is a crucial step in the entire production process of PCBA processing, and is an important means of controlling product quality.
2、 In order to achieve a better user experience
If conditions permit, every product requires basic testing such as ICT testing, FCT testing, and some tests such as fatigue testing, stress testing in harsh environments, aging testing, and sampling only for products that can be tested. Our hearts will have a bottom, and only products that can withstand testing will be loved by users. If problems are found during the testing process, we can also make timely corrections and adjustments to make the entire product more complete and avoid serious consequences after the product is launched on the market.
3、 Inspection conditions for PCBA circuit boards
To prevent contamination of the components, you must choose EOS/ESD full protective gloves or finger cots and wear an electrostatic ring. The light source is white or fluorescent lamp. The light intensity must be above 100 lux and can be clearly analyzed and visible within 10 seconds.
Inspection method: Place the product about 40 centimeters away from the eyes, at an angle of about 45 degrees up and down, and inspect it visually or with a magnifying glass.
Inspection criteria: (Based on QS9000? Sampling=0 AQL=0.4% level; determined by customer acceptance criteria as a special customer requirement)
Sampling Plan: MIL-STD-105E Level II Standard Type Single Sampling
Criteria for determining inspection: Serious Defects (CR) AQL 0%
Main drawback (MA) AQL 0.4%
A minor defect (MI) with an AQL of 0.65%
4、 PCBA board inspection standards
Serious defect (represented by CR): Any defect that is sufficient to cause harm or endanger life safety to people or machines, such as non-compliance with safety regulations/machine burnout/electric shock.
Main disadvantages (represented by MA): Disadvantages that may cause damage, functional abnormalities, or affect the service life of the product due to material reasons.
Minor drawbacks (represented by MI): do not affect the functionality and service life of the product, have defects in appearance, and have slight defects or differences in mechanism assembly.
